At elixa.com you will find a very in-depth article on making cs. It answers many questions you have asked and they are answered in harmony with much of what is on the net regarding same. The author is seemingly well informed. He disagrees about the 27 volts, but not by much. Using altavista.digital.com and querying "colloidal silver generators" will get you a lot of info and some conflicting opinions. But it all seems to work well and we don't turn blue so----. I am new to posting and have been reading posts for about a week, so if this isn't done just right please be patient.
