No, it is not dangerous. What you are noticing is just silver plating out on your glass. Your electrodes may be a little deeper than normal, or you are running for longer than you have done, or the batch of water may be different. Perhaps there is some contamination (detergent?) from when you cleaned your glass last. It is best to clean your container with paper towels and rinse with d. water only.
