Yes well, perhaps I should try to be more open-minded then. My own personal studies and experience have led me to form some pretty strong opinions, but it's true that personal experiences and results may vary widely. I think I am getting a good handle on what works for me, at least in a basic sense, but as I said I am no doctor. It would be a mistake to assume that what works for my health issues is the only "correct" treatment. I will try to avoid such blanket statements in the future on this list. In the absence of any qualified authority in the field, we must each find our own way as best we can. Thanks for the pointer. :)
