Linda I have had no problems but I take only a single capsule a day. I intentionally planned on slow results because Serrapeptase is powerful. I waited 7 months to even look for blood pressure change because I knew it would take a while to work. Some may have faster results but realize that Serrapeptase cannot be targeted against one specific problem. For example, it may primarily work on arterial plaque before other things first or it will at least be less effective for the scarring until after arterial plaque is reduced. My sister had noticeable changes in her bowel movements but not loose stools. She had nodules in her stool and I believe that it was also removing old buildup from the colon walls. I have no ideas about the sneezing. I hope it works for you. - Steve
