For pet odor I have tried about everything and I like Odormute the best:
http://www.gundogsupply.com/odormute-c-concentrate.html.
After Odormute, I would choose Sodium Percarbonate.
Both of them will eliminate the urine.

If you want to use a CS product to eliminate odor caused by bacteria, I
would recommend using silver citrate (SC) over EIS. SC is vary easy to
make and can be made in high concentrations that can be diluted. It is
compatible with many surfactants and a number of products include SC in
with cleaners. The SC/surfactant solution will need to have a pH of 7 or
less, so nonionic surfactants are usually best. Anionic surfactants tend
to work best in an alkaline solution.

Subject: CS>Re: killing organic odors with EIS

A stray tom cat has decided he wants to live in our yard and on the
deck.
He has sprayed just about every square inch of the perimeter of the
outside of our home and garage. We're mixing 10PPM EIS with a few drops
of dish soap and using this combo to wet everything down. It has
greatly reduced the odor. I suspect in the few spots where we can
smell, that it dried too quickly.

Any thoughts on how I can improve this solution and how long it would be
effective once the soap is added (shelf life)?

I work for a kitchen and bath remodeling company. Our crews have to
deal with some nasty smelling spots in homes from time to time. It
would be great to keep a gallon of this on the trucks that they could
use.
Thanks for anything you can share, Lin
