I think you'll find that anything that doesn't say it *is* un denatured, is
not.  I believe ultra filtered is not  a good thing either.  I have been
using Jarrow whey in the false belief it was un denatured but have since
found that it is not.  Anything that is pasteurized is *not* un denatured. 
The only one I have found is Mercola, but that is too expensive for me here
in the UK due to postage costs.  Dee

Kirsteen- Neither my Beyond a Century nor Swanson's whey protein powder
have any added sugar or artificial sweeteners.  The packages don't use the
term undenatured,  they use terms like low heat and ultrafiltered, so I
don't know if they are undenatured or not.
