Best to supplement then Kirsteen because low vit D can cause all sorts
of problems including cancer. As I said before, I take the spray
methyl version and so does hubby, which keeps our levels normal. dee

Thanks for this. the thing is I don't have any bone diseases or
problems with calcium, just a slightly low Vit D level.
