I think this is a herx reaction. At least, that is how I interpreted it when it happened to me, because I also purchased a box of Lip C packets and started taking them. Very quickly had low level headache, loose BMs. That went away after about a week, but then got the skin outbreaks, both large and very small but itchy pimples and red welts breaking out on my forehead and back. I treated those with H202 and Oxy10, and after about a week they went away too, now feeling pretty good. It is possible some of my symptoms (the headache?) were not due to Lip C, but to a combination olive leaf and Oil of Oregano that I started taking at the same time. Anyway, I consider the whole thing to be a Herx reaction, but it was all tolerable and treatable, so I continued with the doses. Now the reactions have passed and I am increasing the doses. I am also taking two drops of sski and one drop of iodine each day. All of this is an effort to build up my resistance for the coming (now arrived?) flu season. I also joined the local fitness center and am running and lifting weights on a daily basis. Makes me sleep a lot better. Oh, and, of course, I add CS when I feel something like a cold or flu coming on, which did happen once, but I drove it off. So far, so good! Nothing is guaranteed.

C: Strange question Group I bought some Liposomal Vit C and had been using it and had a strange occurance happen to me. My scalp broke out and was terribly itchy and had some breakouts on the body. I stopped the LipC for approximately a week and it seemed to calm down. I started back and about the third day again started itching. Could this be a herx reaction? Is there a way to cut down the amount maybe and be able to continue? The packages are liquid. If it is a herx should I just continue on and work my way thru the reactions? Any advise or comment is appreciated. Dianne > Date: Tue, 15 Sep 2009 21:45:28 -0500 > From: bhangcha...@gmail.com > To: silver-list@eskimo.com > Subject: CS>Liposomal Vit.
