About how long did you have to go thru the herx? I'm hoping that I can get thru this by alternating doses. I don't want to give up. My vit C levels were not where they needed to be according to my blood test.

My very first experience with such a thing was from my first few doses of CS, made from Ode's Silverpuppy, back in early 2000. Since then I've become an old hand at it. It is often aggravating, sometimes disgusting and never any fun.
