Tell my head that when I accidentally consume it.  I end up with a blasting
migraine from even mg of soy anything (unless pickled or fermented).

Soy contains phytoestrogens, but soy based lecithin does not, it is not the
same as consuming soy products that have the plant sterols still in tact.
