I had trouble figuring that message out too Dave, and
wondered why someone
with a computer would not use their spell checker before
sending. Poor eyesight
or sticky keyboards don't interfere with spell checkers? I
thought it was a reasonable
request and that Dave asked, he did not demand or accuse,
and he did say please.

Tolerance works both ways . . . and spell checking is a
simple courtesy. Although
none of us expect perfection there is a reasonable level of
delivery that makes it
easier for readers to get your message.

If it is Plantar Fasciitis there seems to be a connection to low
thyroid. How’s your thyroid hormone levels? Free T3? Reverse
T3? Do you have other low thyroid symptoms? Just something
        else to consider…

This sounds like a classic case of Plantar Fasciitis. Either
the heel or the arch of the foot gets very painful and
inflammed, and usually after it has been resting, such as when
you are sleeping. Tends to be much worse in the morning and you
can get a bit of relief by using the foot, but resting it tends
        to make it worse.

I had a bad case of it for about two months. I got arch
supports for my shoes to stretch the arch because that is where
my pain was. I took 1 gram of magnesium nightly and that helped
a bit. What I believed turned the corner for me was taking a
high dose of omega fish oils, 3 times a day along with a mineral
supplement, but I still took the mag at night.

I also had foot and lower leg cramping too. The magnesium
really helped that, so I still take 500 mgs nightly now. I
didn't soak my feet in epsom salts, but that might have been
        helpful.

I know it can attack the heel and achilles tendon area of the
foot. You might want to Google Plantar Fasciitis to see if you
can find your symptoms and some remedies for it.

I am asking because my heels Burn and hurt and feel awful. I
            can hardly
stand on them and yet there is no lumps or bumps. My feet
            also cramp
constantly and everything from the knees down is swollen. My
            doctor says
it's not a circulation issue but the only things that help
            are epsom salts
and eeping feet up. even the bone that attaches from my heel
            to the rest of
my anle hurts. That's why I was wondering what they are and
            what to do i've
tried everything prescription and nothing has owrked.
