Amy, it doesn't matter when you take it! Just take it when it is conveinent for you. Don't bother buying a case if you are going to by a CS generator! As far as how much to take, that is up to you to experiment. If it upsets your stomach take it with food. I personally take it FOR an upset stomach. I use about 3-4 4oz. glasses a day right now, until I get better. Good luck Amy and welcome to the list.
