I  went through one bottle so far, of Jarrow True CMO, and have not experienced
any benefit so far. I am using Knox gelatin, condroitan, msm, vit c etc to try
and help heal my back; so far the best thing is using ice/heat pads which
apparently ease the inflamation. Jarrow claims that only animal sources contain
real CMO.

  Hi, Steve,
I used the Duoflex brand and it worked wonderfully! (I also no longer drink
milk, and since I learned that trick, I have no more joint pains or snapping
knees.)
I gave a canine brand of CMO (Cetyl M) to my 9 year old Pug, who was limping a
lot and sleeping most of the day, now she is much more active and playful.
Hope this will help!
