Combining Vitamin C with lecithin, to encapsulate it, so it will not be
digested in the stomach, but will pass through to the small intestine to be
directly absorbed by the blood, is said to make it as effective, or maybe
even more effective, than intravenously.
Anyone know how much should be taken for maintaining good health? Obviously
you would need much more to stop an infection or toxin.
And would this be the same for other supplements? What about magnesium
chloride, for example? Could this cause an overdose?
