I was looking at buying some more Selenium.
Is there any difference between regular 200 selenium
And one that claims it is absorbable.
Is this just hype or are there vitamins out there that
Our body make better use of. How to tell what is true
And what is Hype. Just a quick question  if there is
A quick answer. I take the Selenium because at one time 
I took too much CS and started to tint my face.
My Wife blames it all on my CS but I could never understand
Why my head would get off color but not other parts of
Body such as arms and legs would not, could this have 
something to do with my circulation.
