Thanks for all who replied. In the days that followed this post I've
concluded that there is some constriction of the throat. This might be
congenital, the result of a DPT shot I'd received a few weeks prior or
perhaps also due to GERD with built up scar tissue. Now - to open the
throat once again seems to be in order. Any other way than via surgery.
That's how it stands. I don't think this is CS directly related, only a
coincidence that it was the CS that brought the condition to my
immediate attention.
