Hello all!
  Wow - so glad my post showed up! I was obviously sending it the wrong place.
  I would like to know the particulars of the latest 'recipe' Brooks advised.
  I know we now use sodium ascorbate.  But I can't find the exact measurements 
regarding sodium ascorbate and lethicin.  I keep finding conflicting amounts.
