Assuming that your current increases in a linear manner from .040 ma at start to 1.3 ma after 1 hour (avg of .67 ma over 1 hour), and 750ml water volume, the Faraday Calculator shows that you should have a maximum concentration of 3.6 ppm of silver. Not concentrated enough to dilute, barely adequate for use as it is. You should probably run this for another hour to get a higher concentration.
