I always understood that we get large amounts of calcium from most food we
eat but not so much magnesium nowadays ­ so unbalancing things.  I
personally wouldn¹t take minerals in supplement form ­ only wholefoods, but
I believe the salts version is different.  I personally take mag phos for
nerve pain and it seems to be working.  I also am giving it to my dog who is
in early onset CDRM and I am hoping it will help (along with other protocol
I am following) that it will slow things up.  dee
