Then on the left side of the screen, click on the thumbnail image of the actual paper. That opens up the entire patent and you can read it. In it, they mention peroxide, alternating high voltage, and 97% particles. In their own words: "We disclose a colorless composition comprising silver particles and water, wherein said particles comprise an interior of elemental silver and an exterior of ionic silver oxide, wherein the silver particles are present in the water at a level of about 5–40 ppm..."
