Hi There Lola - the problem with EIS is that if it cannot reach where the virus etc., are hiding then it cannot work - it has to connect directly with the virus to kill it by cutting off the oxygen to it - in the case of shingles which is all family to herpes, chicken pox and more they hide in the nerve sheaths which is why they are very hard to get to - I hope this helps to explain your question - Cheers Sandee 🐬 Attitude is everything !!!!!
