Any treatment is real if it works! ;-) Even tho vaccines are 'the enemy' IMO, I have no idea whether results of this study are 'valid' or not. Probably, but that's opinion.
What is a "real study"? Data can be skewed in any way needed, particularly towards the money and who funded the study. Big pharma has much deeper pockets than most anyone in alt med. So you'll find pages and pages of 'data' pushing drugs and other poisons. Not so much so with conflicting data (or opinion).
