I would proceed with caution!

I've ingested many types of CS from 5 to 500 (nominal) PPM
and most CS solutions have very little flavor, beside
a slight metallic aftertaste that isn't unpleasant,
for me at least. The stuff I make tastes mostly like water.

- Is your silver .999 or better? yes

- Did you rinse and wipe batch tank and trodes
with pure water? distilled

- Did you test with TDS for ballpark indication
of total dissolved solids? Don't have one

- Any idea what the PH of you sol is? no

I think it would be possible to make -burning strong-
CS with a very long batch run but otherwise it
sounds to me like contamination? Hopefully some
of the group veterans will weigh in with ideas.

  Steve,

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying different methods to get a sense
of what to look for when making a solution. The only thing consistant is
the CS cloud(I guess this is the tyndall?)which is present in all the
processes that I have tried. I have run across a couple of articles that
suggest timing the solution once you see the CS cloud. Every minute after
that would be
equal to 1ppm. What do you look for? Do you measure you ppm? If not, how
do you know what your ppm is? One other article suggest heating the water.
Once the water turns slightly yellow(golden)
then your around 6ppm. Is the heat the key to getting the golden
color(can't get my solutions to turn color)? I haven't tried heating the
water yet. Will try it this weekend.

                               Thanks
