For those of you following Paleo, Wheat Belly, or similar diets, I
recommend looking into the Dr. Weston A. Price dietary guide. These diets
are very similar, but there are key differences. The work of Dr. Price was
extensive - over a hundred years ago - and is a driving force today through
the Weston A. Price Foundation.
