Neville, I agree with most of what you said, It is getting to the point
where we have to take responsibility for our health and wealth. Growing our
own food is not a luxury, rather it's a necessity. People say they don't
have time, but they have time and money to grow grass! We should be
supporting our local organic gardening clubs.

I do believe that the D3 deficiency we are seeing has to do with an
imbalance in our body chemistry. So instead of looking for that magic
bullet, we should learn how to reboot our biology to restore balance.
That's easier said than done, but these forums are wealth of information
and a good start.
