Yes, it apparently removes all the structure. Water is structured by magnetics, freezing, or exposure to different chemicals (That is how homeopathy works). Distillation removes all structure, and is considered not healthy if that is the only water you drink. That is why we restructure the water after making CS with a magnetic in our system.
