Depends on particle size, ph and temperature.  If the ph is neutral or
basic, the temperature not too high for the ppm, and the particle size not
too big, it will.  If particles are larger, ie gold (beyond light yellow),
orange, red, brown or black or other factors cause aggregation they you will
likely experience some precipitation.
