List, An older Hispanic woman (bit of a curandera I think) told me once to use a piece of steel smoothed over the healing cut daily. She had quite a deep cut on her forehead and there was very little scarring when she was finished with this....don't rub hard but be firm. Why this worked? Couldn't tell you....
