Jeannine,

I never heard of cilantro, but did a web search. Apparently it's the leaf of
the plant from which coriander - the seeds - is taken.

Do you have a source of information about it?

How about dosage?

Do you get it from the supermarket, health food store, or where?

Do yo use the fresh plant or dried (McCormack's, etc.)?

I do remember a metallic taste from curry, and someone remarking that it was
coriander. That was before I would appreciate something that would pull metals
out of the body.

You could put the cut up leaves or seeds in gel caps, which you can get from a
health food or drug store. I've seen them in Vitamin Shoppes, so you can
probably get them at http://www.vitaminshoppe.com.
