While shopping today at a chain store called "Vitamin World" (in my opinion, some of their products are of dubious quality and origin) I found a brand of commercial CS I had never seen before. "Bio-Nutritional Formulas' SILVER SHIELD Colloidal Silver Solution...Premium Quality." Dark brown plastic (hmm...) bottle, 16 oz. for about $29.99. I purchased it, I have no way to test it myself, but one thing I noted which may be irrelevant anyhow is that usually the CS I make myself and the GNC brand when I must buy it both make my mouth sort of "tingle" and this brand does not.
