This IS the same thing as homeopathy, right? To structure water to any template is very simple. You take pure distilled water, and add add 10% or so of what you want to template it to.. Then you mechanically shock the water, I forget what it is called, but taking the bottle in one hand and sharply hitting it into the other hand will do nicely. Then you take and add 10% of that to 90% pure distilled water and repeat. Do this for 6 to 12 times, depending on the dilution (strength) you want). What you will end up with is almost pure water, or if done enough, pure water, which is structured to the original impurity.
