Read here of Len Horowitz, and clustered water. The patented method of generating clustered water, using a template molecule (herbs etc.) is well within the reach of interested amateurs. The water drop pictures are quite beautiful and revealing... The water retains the energy signature of the template and elicits similar responses. I have read a patent where the inventor describes how water can be given the signature of a huge range of substances, including fuels, but needed a substantial quantity of custom glass work. Both require the reprogramming of steam.
