Hi Tim, 1 & 2. Shelf life of CS is indefinite, if made with small particle size and no additives. I have 20L of light yellow 20ppm CS 2 yrs old, which tests the same now as the day it was made. I think the Max Planc Institute has some gold sol stored in CLEAR glass containers made by Faraday 100 yrs ago. Shows no sign of settling out.
3. Hydrogen peroxide bottles are fine, just don't wash them in detergent, rinse with distilled water.
