Dear PHil, YOu say cod liver oil restored your eyesight? HOw bad had your vision gotten? I am trying to reverse almost 40 years of myopia using variations of the Bates method and others. Have not gotten into it too yheavy yet. Too many tapes to listen to and wathc and exercises to do. BUt bilberry was going t be my big gun on this regimen. I have the video YOGA FOR YOUR EYES. The maker of this used the Bates method to overcome congenital blindness when he combined it with some eastern stuff. Our bodies are more maliable than any of us have been taught, that is for sure.
