Dear Marshall, Really sorry that your foot is not healing as you would like it to.
I haven't felt that I could contribute anything that hasn't been said, up until now. I believe in the power of the mind to heal, along with all the aids that we can give, like CS etc. But the site that was recommended at www.synergy-co.com is really well worth reading, for Mitchell May's story alone.
