Russ: I believe that colloidal copper and silver are used synergistically to control parasites and bacteria in swimming pools, and Europe is (will be?) using it to purify water supplies. Incidentally, I think it's the World Health Organization that puts NO UPPER LIMIT on the amount of CS that can be used for such purposes.
