  Willie,
When I first started to use CS I purchased 500ppm or at least thats what
the label said. The people who advertised also said "more is better" and 5ppm
wouldn't do the trick.
I had the 500ppm tested and it turned out to be around 134ppm with some
"unknowns" added in for color, etc. It was a 2 oz bottle, expensive, looked
and tasted nasty. Since being on the list I have learned more is not
better.. at least in CS...haha. I have since been using approx. 12ppm CS and
have gotten great results, some being: avoided the wrath of food poisoning,
alleviated a sore throat in its infancy(using spray bottle), using it to make
cut flowers last longer, in the cats water, etc.
That bottle of 500ppm... I dilute it and use it to water my plants.
Cheers,
Terri L.
