Roger & Marshall, I realize that this is a private discussion but until the LVDC boys spend the money for TEM's they will never resolve the particle size problem.
They can get a vague idea from the T.E. density. If you can see it in room light (large) vs needing a darkened room (small). >From what limited constant current work that I have done it seems to make a weaker T.E. than constant voltage, mainly because the constant voltage takes very careful attention to how high the current goes.
