I'm not sure, but I know that bee propolis in healthfood stores comes in different forms (liquids, tablets, etc.) with different recommended dosages.  Maybe you should check out the different kinds before you start ingesting it- too much might throw you for a loop.  (That's so KEWL that you keep bees, Marshall!!!!!!)
