1 - to block sunshine from earth including U.V. thru ozone holes; attempts to block U.V cancer induction & lower surface temps by using a non barium, aluminum oxide or similar compound. 2 - most secret, Navy's Radio Frequency Mission Planner [RFMP] program encompassing various software pkgs. 1 is Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation [VTRPS] which enables the RFMP system to see terrain of a battlefield in 3 D on a display screen. RFMP does satellite links to increase the images of ground based radar. Enables the operator to develop familiarity w a given location before combat, similar to spread sheet simulations. The system previously only worked over water & at land edges but w seeding the atmosphere to establish ducts for radar propagation paths, the utility increases. They use an aerosol of barium salts to form the ducts to increase moisture content of air. When distributed in a straight line, line of sight comm paths can be bent & range increased [both directions] to allow interception of enemy comm. 3 - weather control by Air Force also using HAARP & barium salts along a weather front to controlrain, cause floods, droughts, storms, stop sunshine, destruction of crops, warfare without troops & invasions. 4 - run by DARPA to detect & block enemy biological attacks using barium salts w special polymer fibers in an aerosol. There have been live tests using bio-agents into the air & it is believed the combined stuff is responsible for unexplained nosebleeds, asthma, pneumonia, upper respiratory troubles & arthritis like symptoms.; stimulates growth of molds & bacteria. Salts are readily absorbed in the G.I. tract & go to muscles & other tissue. NO long term case data is available. These stay secret to evade the EPA statutes & willfully suppress any dispersion of bio-effects data; they are illegal & harmful. Sleep well.
