 Hi everyone

Last week i posted a response from this person who had been giving her son
CS. Her paediatrician has totally put her off, and put the wind up several
people who use it. I got a response back from several people, including
Ivan, whos answer seemed to suggest that CS can cause copper deficiency -
hope I was reading it right Ivan, if taken with minerals at the same time as
the CS. Has there been any studies done by anyone as to the possibility of
it causing problems as outlined below? I would like to know as I give it to
my kids every day, and my youngest has bleeding problems, so I don't want to
 be agreevating this long term.

For those of you who take it every day, have you ever had your copper levels
checked? I would be interested to see the results. I just want to know if
their is any clear evidence that it does affect copper levels in the body.

I have asked this "frank" person who is the one commenting on it all as
well, for evidence to support his theory.

I shall let you know if and when I hear from him. Just wanted to know a bit
more about this from you all.

 Thanks

 Tracy

Tracy: While all these questions are being sorted out, why not have your
kid's copper levels checked? After that, take one of your kids off CS
indefinitely (perhaps the child with the HIGHEST copper). Then have all your
kid's copper levels checked from time to time. This procedure could provide
evidence that CS has (or doesn't have) an influence on copper levels and,
second, whether you are really providing additional protection by using CS to
PREVENT infection. Roger
