I have been using CS for the past five years, I have consumed up to 8 oz a day, but most days I use 1 oz. I mix CS with juice, mist my face and body with it, I have yet to notice any harm full side effects. I have always used a Sota unit and with Hanna unit it measures on an average of 5 PPM. I make 32 oz at a time it takes me 40 minutes. I usually make 2 gallons and never had a problem with storage. I notice no mention of PPM in the following message. ( 3 to 5 PPM is best, more then 20 PPM is a total waste) I firmly believe this has a lot to due with any problems using CS. I believe that people should take one bottle of good bacteria once a year, use 6 caps per day till the bottle is gone. Blessings Ted
