Thelma ~ It's my understanding you cannot OD on CS. This would be assuming you aren't giving gallons of CS to your dog each day. CS can be applied in the eyes, which may help her opaque excretions. Through all the websites I have looked at, I have read a number of seemingly amazing testimonials. One person claims a filling came out of their mouth and the tooth ached. Consuming CS everyday, the ache stopped and enamel grew back over the hole in her tooth...another says she doesn't need to have her teeth cleaned at the dentist anymore, as CS removes plaque and all bacteria. I have noted that while using CS for a brief time for an injury, my teeth got "whiter". Seriously!
It's my understanding that even if you don't think your animal is unhealthy in any way, CS can still provide "noticeable" benefits. We're just in the beginning stages of using and making CS, but I am looking forward to our own testimonials! As for dosages, if you are buying 500 ppm CS, standard dose for a large dog is 1/2 tsp. in a quart of water. You can up that if you so desire, but that's what maintenance dosage is, per HHA and the 500 ppm we bought. Can't answer your technical questions yet, but others here can. Hopefully, we'll be hearing from you within a day or three about how CS is helping your dog! =) Julie & Critters > As for my dog's problem, what kind of changes or improvements can I expect to see? I haven't yet bought a bottle (tomorrow) and tried it. Any opinion on dosage (oral)? Has anyone used it on a similar problem with a canine? She also has thick, opaque excretions from her eyes much of the time. I think she's got a secondary infection from the bovine colostrum which might have been tested for bovine illnesses but this appears to be something which is zoonotic that they didn't test for. > > Exactly what kinds of problems does CS help with? -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
