> Is there an easy, simple, inexpensive way to tell if one has Candida?

Hi Wayne ~

Here's a spit test by Rena Davis of EYI (Essentially Yours Industries). I
believe she's a practicing alternative medicine physician in Oregon.

Candida? Test Yourself by Rena Davis

(One out of every three people have an overgrowth of Candida and many are
not aware of it)

One of the main inhibitors to weight loss is Candida Albicans overgrowth, a
very common yeast infection. Another reason is the presence of parasites or
an abundance of toxins.

Spit Test

First thing in the morning...immediately upon arising, even before clearing
your throat, or brushing your teeth, run your tongue over your teeth and
spit into a cold glass of water.

If the saliva stays intact, you do not have an overgrowth of Candida.

If the saliva dispurses across the water or begins to flow downward in the
glass (like jellyfish tentacles) you do have an overgrowth of Candida,
toxins, or parasites.

If the saliva sinks to the bottom of the glass, you have serious problems
and should consult a Health Professional to start you on a
cleansing/treatment program for your individual needs.

She recommends agrisept in her test, which is a EYI product, similar to
grapefruit seed extract, and most likely CS.

If you test positive, you need to test your significant other also.

Happy Spitting!
