Igor, what she's saying is an extra cup of water for EACH cup of tea drunk.
Since I'm on this rehydration (and stay hydrated!) plan myself, I drink half
of the water required before I have breakfast -- often with a slice of
lemon, which makes it quite tasty for me. I have never been in the habit of
drinking water. It is not an easy habit to begin. The problem is that
drinks with caffeine in them (like tea) actually take water FROM the body!
However, don't get frustrated, because what you're doing is excellent -- the
willingness to do it will get you thorugh!

I will drink extra cup.
Previously I was drinking 0.5 squeezed lemon and some sugar.
Is it better?
