CS does kill the HIV in the test tube. There are individuals who have reported a drop in viral load as a consequence of ingesting colloidal silver.

There are many other approaches... interestingly virgin coconut oil has or is being tested in the Philippines, about 4 tablespoons a day seems to produce good results.
