However the http://www.quantumbalancing.com/e-water.htm link IS broken. A search of their site reveals they have 'pulled' the e-water machine - too much bad customer feedback? The secret of operation is the proper electric field that is produced across a cotton ball, which creates a very active small cluster water and hydrogen on the blue electrode side.
