The general cocnsus on this ist is that the closer the exposure of CS to the site of the infection, the better it works. For lung problems, use a nebulizer and inhale CS directly. I've seen it work wonders where doctors have completely given up and pronounced a death sentence.

That was the thing that "sold" me on CS. Since a botched gall bladder removal and subsequent infection 6 years ago, I've had constant lung infections. It's gotten to the point where I was taking 3 antibiotic jabs in the rear and antibiotics for weeks afterwards. Nothing else kept the infection down to the point where I could function. Even with all that I would wheeze, I had no energy and sometimes had to stop halfway through the day and go home.

Now since nebulizing CS I just had my first case of bronchitis where I didn't miss work or work-outs, no wheezing and no bloody antibiotics.

This stuff rules!!
