I also have BPH. Beta Sitosterol plus Bruce Snelsuns frequency adjustable zapper has helped. I used the 6 frequencies Bruce lists to treat BPH. RoyalRife.com also lists zapper frequencies for BPH. "Turf" also has a list of frequencies on the web called the CAFL. BPH is included. I am due for my yearly checkup in a few weeks, so my Dr will see if the above did any good. I noticed an increased urine flow after trying the vitamin and zapper plus no need for Viagra. Also my yearly PSA tests show a decrease every year for the last five years. Taking Cs orally each day may account for the decrease. My PSA is approaching 1.0. My Dr. said that I must be doing something right. Brickey
