Hi Margaret, I tried going back to diet pop, I got body and head aches. Not saying it will get everyone, my body has been compromised by radiation. Yes, life is short, and getting shorter, I use Stevia in my tea and coffee. Wish they would start using it in pop and foods so I would feel like I could indulge myself on occasion. Lona
